About

Gordon & Rees’s Privacy Teaches and Breaches blog provides readers with timely news on privacy, cyber attacks and data breach issues of interest; information on new case filings; court decisions; rules, regulations, and standards; and tips, tricks, and best practices for compliance and security. The blog is published by the Gordon & Rees Privacy & Data Security Practice Group, which was formed to assist clients in maintaining and protecting customer, employee, and confidential information from unauthorized use and disclosure; provide counseling on compliance with evolving state, federal, and international laws and regulations; and represent clients in privacy-related litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

Whether our clients’ needs involve the creation, implementation, and or maintenance of privacy policies, terms and conditions, sound practices and compliance procedures, risk assessment and management, responses to data breaches, notification requirements, or litigation on traditional and evolving privacy matters, our Privacy & Data Security Group attorneys are well qualified to strategically partner with our clients toward positive solutions and resolutions.
